These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FakeReviewRemovalPro.com website and our Google review dispute services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Fake Review Removal Pro provides Google review dispute and removal assistance for small and mid-size businesses in the United States and Canada. We help clients identify potential Google policy violations, prepare evidence, and submit disputes through Google's official channels.
2. What we do — and what we don't
We do analyze Google reviews against Google's published policies, build evidence packs, and file formal dispute and appeal requests on your behalf.
We do not have any ability to remove Google reviews directly. The final removal decision rests entirely with Google. We do not guarantee, and cannot guarantee, that any review will be removed. Any provider claiming a guaranteed removal is misrepresenting how Google's process works.
3. Free audit
The eligibility audit is provided at no cost and without obligation. By submitting a free audit, you authorize us to review the Google Business Profile URL and review content you provide, and to contact you with our assessment.
4. Paid dispute services
Our paid services operate on a success-based model: you pay our fee only if Google removes the disputed review. Specific fees, timelines, and the scope of the engagement are confirmed in writing before any paid work begins. Fees are typically in the range of $200 to $500 per resolved review and may vary based on case complexity.
5. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are an authorized representative of the business associated with the Google Business Profile in question.
- You agree to provide truthful information about the review, the reviewer, and your relationship (or lack of relationship) with them.
- You will not ask us to dispute legitimate negative reviews from real customers. We only handle reviews that have a reasonable basis under Google's published policies.
6. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website — for example by attempting unauthorized access, scraping protected content, submitting deceptive form data, or interfering with the service for other users.
7. Intellectual property
All website content — text, graphics, logos, layouts, and code — is owned by Fake Review Removal Pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services or the website is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost goodwill, or reputational harm — arising from a review remaining published or any decision made by Google.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fake Review Removal Pro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of false information you provide, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the services.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after the "last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Contact
